Is Excellent Health For You?
Excellent health requires exactly two things; 1) Consistently take the diet, nutrition and lifestyle steps ithat promote optimal healthy functioning in your body, and; 2) Avoid diet, nutrition and lifestyle choices that interfere with optimal healthy functioning.
Believe it because it’s true, you create your level of health and vitality with your daily diet, nutrition and lifestyle choices. Every bite counts, every choice makes a difference.
If you want great health, if you want to beat tiredness and fatigue, have stronger bones, healthier skin, fewer allergies, colds and so on, if you want to sleep well, wake up rested and refreshed and feel good practically all the time, you can, but excellent results never happen by accident.
Excellent health, like excellent piano playing, excellent financial management, or excellent anything else doesn’t just happen. Excellence begins with a DESIRE to have something, followed by a DECISION to get it, followed by LEARNING HOW to produce the results you want, followed by time with you doing what it takes to get what you want.
