		<description>Hi Doctor Ruseell: I have been reading your article about cellulite and you mentioned that :Healthy Essential Fatty Acids, (Omega 3s, 6s, 9s) USED TO be abundantly available in a normal healthy diet AND CELLULITE was nowhere near as common as it is today. Is it very important to take this three omega EFA together (3, 6, and 9) or can I only take omega 3.
