Hunger is your body’s cry for nutrition. What we call ‘being hungry’ is your brains way of telling you, you need NUTRIENTS to run your body.
If the brain’s cry for nutrition is answered with calorie rich, nutritionally bankrupt fast food, junk food, candy, sweets, and so on; calories are added, but nutrients are not supplied, which means you feel hungry again very soon, regardless of how full your stomach may be.
Defeat Hunger By Providing The NUTRIENTS Your Body Needs
The BEST way to get the nutrients you need iss through consuming healthy, nutritious food, and avoiding nutritionally bankrupt food that leave you with FEWER nutrients than you started with.
Candy, sweets, junk-food, high carb snacks, etc. are LOADED with calories that cause the pounds to pile on, but digesting those foods use up more essential nutrients than the foods supply. Eating them is like writing a nutritional hot check, and is a CERTAIN way to gain a LOT of weight over time.
On the other hand, a negative calorie food takes more calories to digest than contains.
For example, a food consisting of 400 Calories may only require 150 Calorie to digest, resulting in a net gain of 250 calories.
Man on Fire dvd A 5-calorie piece of celery may require 50 calorie to digest. Digesting celery burns up more calories than you get from eating celery.
The best negative calorie foods are negative calorie vegetables.
Negative Calorie Vegetables: broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower, celery, lettuce, spinach, zucchini, onion, radish, asparagus, cucumber, plus others.
A GREAT weight loss tip is to add a fresh green salad loaded cucumber, bell pepper, etc. to your lunch and evening meal. (use olive oil and vinegar as dressing). This fills you up with as few usable calories as possible.
Fruits: apple, blueberry cantaloupe, grapefruit, and others… but be careful not to consume too large a quantity of a sweet fruit, even if it is negative calorie, because of the unavoidable rise in blood sugar.
