		<description>Wow, I thought I understood transfats but had no idea about the metal (aluminum or nickel) component. Geez. 
And calling it plastic food graphically drives home the reason to get rid of these foods from our daily meal plans. Thanks for such a great explanation of this often misunderstood franken-food.
