		<description>Well said. I just changed over my kitchen snack foods, cereals, etc to all natural products, ie  things purchased from whole foods, health food stores and trader joes. However, I still have worries. For example,  in &quot;healthy&quot; mac and cheese, the cheese is still dehydrated [is that ok?] and there are oils in it that are not hydroginated, but still questionable.</description>
